Trade Energies
The most traded energy on the commodity exchanges is the US crude oil grade West Texas Intermediate (abbreviated: WTI; GBE symbol: USOIL.c). Example: You assume that the price of USOIL.c will rise from the current price of USD 70 per barrel. You decide to buy 1 CFD USOIL.c for USD 70. After some time, the value of USOIL.c rises to USD 75. If you decide to close your position at the price of USD 75 the difference of USD 5 is your profit. And vice versa. As with all CFD products, you are not entitled to delivery of the WTI crude oil, you can only participate in the price fluctuations.
