The following questions and answers are intended to give you more information about the specifics of being classified as a professional client of GBE brokers.
How long does it take for my funds/deposit to arrive?
It can take up to 2 days during our office hours.
Why are deposits not instant?
Deposits are processed by our Payments team. This can take up to 48 hours.
How do I withdraw money from my account?
Within our client portal under the “My Wallet” section. Make sure to first transfer your funds to your wallet. You can use the internal transfer option to do so. After that select the withdrawal option and complete the withdrawal process.
Can I withdraw via a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?
GBE brokers operates under the following rule: Withdrawals must generally be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. This rule is standard practice for regulated brokers and serves to prevent money laundering (AML) and ensure the security of client funds.
Do you apply charges on deposits and withdrawals?
It depends on the deposit method you choose. Deposits and withdrawals via SEPA transfer are free of charge.
For all other withdrawals besides SEPA transfers, GBE brokers charges 0.15% of the withdrawal amount (minimum €15 / $20 / CHF 20). Any fees charged by the intermediary banks are beyond GBE brokers’ control and must be paid by the customer.
For credit card payments, a fee of 1.49% of the transfer amount applies to deposits. A flat fee of €2 is charged for withdrawals.
The fee for deposits via PayPal is 3.5% of the deposit amount. For withdrawals via PayPal, the fee is 2%, up to a maximum of €5.

How can I cancel a withdrawal request?
If you submit a withdrawal request and later decide that you do not want it processed, you are able to cancel it yourself.
To cancel the withdrawal, log into our client portal and select ‘My Wallet‘ and navigate to ‘Withdrawals‘.
This will load the Withdrawal History of your account profile. Simply click on the ‘Cancel’ option next to your withdrawal request.
How can I deposit funds into my account?
You can make a deposit via our client portal using one of the supported methods. For more information regarding the supported payment methods and fees please visit the Payment Methods page on our website.
How do I make a withdrawal?
You can request a withdrawal via the customer portal. First, you need to transfer the desired amount from your trading account to your wallet using an internal transfer.
Then, use the ‘Withdrawals’ button. Here, you select the amount you wish to withdraw.
How long does it take for my withdrawn funds to reach me?
We process withdrawals within one business day. The timeframe required for the funds to reach your account varies based on the payment method you used:.
- SEPA Transfers – up to 2 days
- eWallets (PayPal) – up to 1 day
- Visa/Credit card – up to 3-5 days

What is the minimum deposit?
- GBE Classic: 1,000 EUR / USD / CHF
- GBE Plus *: 10,000 EUR / USD / CHF
- GBE VIP*: 100,000 EUR / USD / CHF
* Important: Please inform us immediately if you want to make the deposit in several amounts below the minimum deposit amount, so that we can assign you to your desired account model.

When will my withdrawal be processed?
We process all withdrawal requests within one working day.
Can I transfer funds from my wallet to my MetaTrader or TradingView account?
You can manage your balance at any time in our customer portal under ‘My Wallet’. Here you can transfer funds from your wallet to one of your trading accounts. You can also transfer funds from one trading account to your wallet and then to another trading account.
