Can I withdraw via a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?
For all withdrawal requests we follow a specific policy to forward the requested funds through the same funding method used to deposit.
Do you apply charges on deposits and withdrawals?
We have some PSPs charges depending on which bank or way to pay. In the event of a withdrawal transfer is canceled/returned by your bank, fees may be applied.
Payouts via SEPA Transfer in Euro are free of charge. For all withdrawals other than Sepa Transfer, GBE brokers charge 0.15% of the withdrawal amount (minimum 15 EUR / 20 USD / 20 CHF). All fees of intermediary banks cannot be influenced by GBE brokers and have to be paid by the customer.

How can I cancel a withdrawal request?
If you submit a withdrawal request and later decide that you do not want it processed, you are able to cancel it yourself.
To cancel the withdrawal, log into MyGBE Client Portal profile and select ‘My Wallet -> Withdrawals on your left-hand side.
This will load the Withdrawal History of your account profile. Simply click on the ‘Cancel’ option next to your withdrawal request.
How can I deposit funds into my account?
You can make a deposit via My GBE Client Portal profile using one of the supported methods. For more information regarding the supported payment methods and fees please visit the Payment Methods page on our website.
How do I make a withdrawal?
Withdrawals are requested from MyGBE Client Portal.
You can only withdraw the amount available in your MT4 and/or MT5 Free Margin.
If you have open trades and withdraw all of your free margin, it’s likely your trades will be liquidated as they will reach a Stop Out level.
Therefore, if you hold open trades, please ensure you leave enough money in your free margin to support any open trades on the market.
Profits can be withdrawn via any payment method registered under your name.

How long does it take for my withdrawn funds to reach me?
We process withdrawals within one business day. The timeframe required for the funds to reach your account varies based on the payment method you used:.
- SEPA Transfers – 2 days
- eWallets (PayPal) – 1 day
- Visa/Credit card – 3-5 days
In case the relevant timeframe passed and the funds are yet to be received, please email us immediately at [email protected] so we can investigate accordingly.
What is the minimum deposit?
- GBE Classic: 1,000 EUR / USD / CHF

Can I transfer funds from my wallet to my MT4/MT5?
Yes, you can trasfer your funds from your trading account to your wallet, and then from your wallet to any trading account you own.
