The following questions and answers are intended to give you more information about the specifics of being classified as a professional client of GBE brokers.
Where can I upload documents?
You can upload your documents directly through the client portal or send them to us via email to [email protected].
Where can I access the GBE client/ customer portal?
To access the GBE customer portal, you must click on Login in the menu at the top left of our website.
I can’t access my account. What can I do?
Make sure the username/email and password are correct and the keyboard set up for caps and low caps has been used correctly.
If you no longer have access to your account, you can send us an email to [email protected].
I forgot my password. What can I do?
To create a new password, follow the next steps:
- Below the login field, click on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address you used to register.
- Click on ‘Submit’.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Enter your new password and click on ‘Submit’.
How can I create a new MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 account?
To open a new demo account for MetaTrader, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the customer portal on the website
- Click on the ‘Trading Accounts’ tab
- Select ‘Create Demo Account’
- Choose your preferred platform
- Choose your preferred platform
- Select your desired leverage
- Enter the password you use to log in to our customer portal
I forgot my email address for the portal. What can I do?
Please send us an email to: [email protected]. We might ask for proof of identity.
My password is not valid. Why?
Make sure the username/email and password are correct and the keyboard set up for caps and low caps has been used correctly.

I want to check my withdrawals and transaction history, where can I check that?
You can check your transaction history by following these steps:
- Log in to our customer portal
- Click on ‘My wallet’
- Click on ‘Transaction History’
- Select the time period and click ‘Submit’
I want to change my password and/or email.
You can change your email address by sending us a message to: [email protected] from your old email address and expressing your wish to change the email address.
You can change your password in our customer portal. To do this, log in and click on ‘My Profile’. First, enter your current password. Then, enter your new password twice and click on ‘Change Password’.
