The following questions and answers are intended to give you more information about the specifics of being classified as a professional client of GBE brokers.
Where can I access the GBE Client Portal?
To find access to the GBE Client Portal you need to access www.gbebrokers.com In the upper menu, you can click on the icon that says MyGBE – Client Portal or click here.
I can’t access my account. What can I do?
Make sure the username/email and password are correct and the keyboard set up for caps and low caps has been used correctly.

I forgot my password. What can I do?
To create a new password, follow the next steps:
- Click on Forgot password
- Enter your email register to recover your password
- Click on Submit
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
- Enter your new password and click on Submit.
How can I create a new MT4 or MT5 account?
To open a new demo account for MetaTrader, please follow the steps below:
- Logged in www.gbebrokers.com – Client Portal
- Click on Trading Accounts Tab
- Click on Accounts Setting
- Click on the Pen Icon – Edit Leverage
- Select the Leverage rate desire scale from 1:1 to 1:30 (for retail clients)
- Click on Change Leverage
- You will receive a notification
I forgot my email register at the portal. What can I do?
Please send us an email to: [email protected]. We might ask for proof of identity.
My password is not valid. Why?

I want to check my withdrawals and Transaction History, where can I check that?
You can check your transaction history by following these steps:
- Go to GBE Client Portal
- Click on My wallet
- Click on Transaction History
- Click on Type and then click on Withdrawal and click Submit
I want to change my password and/or email in my GBE Client Portal account.I want to change my password and/or email in my GBE Client Portal account.
To change your password and/or email at GBE Client Portal:
- Click on Email address on My Profile Section
- Add a new email address as email
- Click on Submit
- Verified the new email address with the email with the registration link
- Assign the new email address as Primary by deleting the previous email address
To change your email address:
- Log in with your current email address and password in the GBE Client Portal
- Click on My profile – On the top menu on the left side of the screen
To change your password:
- Click on Password on My Profile Section
- Enter current password on MyGBE Password section
- Enter New MyGBE Password and confirm it
- Click save
- Note: The new password would apply only to GBE Client Portal, your trading account passwords will not been affect by this change.
