My documentation was rejected. Why?

There are several reasons why your documentation required to open a Live account can be rejected. Please check some of the reasons why documents are rejected:

  • Name of documentation not under your legal name.

It is crucial to have the Proof of Residence (POR) and the Identity verification documents under your legal name, so if you apply with documentation with a different name, it would be rejected.

  • Expired documentation

It is crucial to have the Proof of Residence (POR) and the Identity verification documents under your legal name, so if you apply with documentation with a different name, it would be rejected.

  • Text in the document can’t be read.

When you submitted your documentation, it should be clearly visible and complete. Your documentation should not be partially damaged or of poor quality.

  • Language not supported.

Your documents should have a validity time according to the requirements. For example, the POR (Proof of residence) should be issued in the last 6 months period. Your POI (Proof of Identity) should have validity accordingly to the document issued/expiration date.

If your documents are not in English, they should be translated into English. We do not accept documents in different languages.
